A newly emerged video footage in social media has showed the moment that the Turkish soldiers forcefully seizes hundreds of sheep allegedly belonging to Kurdish villagers on the grounds that they lacked permission for animal husbandry.
In the 2.20-min video, viewed and retweeted hundreds of times on Twitter, a group of gendarmeries with heavy armor, take over the sheep despite heavy criticism from the villagers.
A Kurdish man who is thought to be the owner of the sheep, is heard claiming that he had all the necessary permissions and thereby what gendarmeries do is “nothing but an arbitrary treatment.”
Whereabouts of the sheep are still unknown. (turkeypurge.com) June 12, 2016
